1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • Order Handling Period: All orders undergo a thorough quality check and are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends and Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the subsequent business day.

2. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.
  • Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or US Federal Holidays, minor delays may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

We are happy to provide Free Standard Shipping on every order delivered within the United States. Transparency is core to our service at Frofia; therefore, the total displayed at checkout is your final price. You will never encounter hidden surcharges, unexpected handling fees, or additional costs.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Constraints

  • We ship exclusively within the United States.
  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Frofia cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@frofia.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.

7. Customs & Sales Tax

Since Frofia ships domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. Sales Tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable, according to state regulations.
