At Frofia, we offer a 30-day return policy for all fashion pieces purchased through our online store. This 30-day eligibility window begins from the moment your package is officially marked as delivered. To qualify for a refund, please ensure your return request is submitted within this timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and attached.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as earrings, bodysuits, or undergarments) and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at info@frofia.com to request a Return Authorization.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions and the correct return address.
4. Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (such as selecting the incorrect size, color, or style), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx), as Frofia cannot guarantee or be held liable for return shipments that are lost in transit.
• Defective or Incorrect Orders: Should you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, Frofia will take full responsibility for the return expenses. In these instances, please reach out to us right away with photographic evidence of the issue. We will then issue a prepaid return label to ensure the process is cost-free for you.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

• Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit the funds to your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@frofia.com within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
